New to Mobile banking – Text Services!
We have improved our Mobile banking service by adding a new ‘Text Services’ facility, delivering you account updates direct to your mobile phone as text messages. You’ll be able to set the following alerts:
Weekly balance
Get your account balance sent direct to your mobile phone on a weekly basis, on a day (Monday to Friday) and time that suits you.
Alerts
Our balance alert service can help you manage your money by sending you a text message when your overnight balance falls below and/or goes above an agreed amount which you can set and change whenever you want.
Mobile banking – all for a fixed monthly fee of just £1.50 per month
If you use Mobile banking from 1 January 2009 you will be charged a fixed monthly fee of £1.50 but, until then Mobile banking is FREE*! The fee includes all the existing features of the Mobile banking service plus Text Services, allowing you to receive up to the minute account balances, see mini statements, top-up pay as you go phones and set text alerts.

It’s really simple to use once registered – you’ll be able to activate and manage your alerts via your mobile phone. Simply log in to MONILINK on your phone, select ‘Text Services’ and follow the instructions on screen.
So, why not register and start benefitting from our new Text Services facility. Remember, Mobile banking is FREE* until 1 January 2009!
Registration is simple
If you’re an Alliance & Leicester internet banking customer,
simply log in
and select mobile banking from the left hand menu. Follow the simple registration
process, and you’ll be able to start using mobile banking straightaway.
If you’re not an internet banking customer, there’s still a quick and easy way to
register. Simply select the ‘registration for all other customers’ button above,
you’ll need your mobile phone and debit card to register.
