Internet banking brilliant, so easy to use and follow

I've been with A/L for one year/half, and the service is the best no doubt,i will tell the whole world about this bank.safe,friendly and reliable.

Having read some of the reviews I would like to add mine by saying that I have been a customer for over 35 years - from the Girobank days. In all of that time I have NEVER had to complain. Everything runs so smoothly. Thank you.

As an original GIROBANK customer I have nothing but praise for the Bank. Ease of access and navigation to the Web Site, transferring money and high level of security makes internet banking almost problem free. I would highly recommend this Bank to anyone.

I was a ******* customer for 40 years and by the end was deeply frustrated by the impenetrable bureaucracy and inefficiency of their customer services. A&L have been outstanding both in their internet operation and in the friendliness, awareness and support of their call centre staff. The only minor inconvenience is having to track down an A&L cashpoint to change the pin on my new debit card.

I have been with A&L since time began, opened a Giro account from day one.
I wouldn't change it for the world.
